Subject: Fixed some ircrc bugs. Only the last channel given to the -t flag is
 set as target. Unknown commands are not sent to the server. Control-D can be
 used to exit the client. When the connection is lost, an error message is
 displayed and the client waits for user input before exiting. Manual page
 updated.
